低氧生化工艺处理ABS与丙烯腈生产废水的研究

摘要:丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物(Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene,ABS)与丙烯腈生产废水含有难降解的杂环化合物,同时含有有毒物质,有机氮含量高,处理难度大。辽宁省某石化企业采用低氧生化工艺处理ABS与丙烯腈生产废水,项目运行后,出水水质稳定,优于设计标准。

Research on Low Oxygen Biochemical Process for Treating ABS and Acrylonitrile Production Wastewater

Abstract: Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) and acrylonitrile production wastewater contain difficult to degrade heterocyclic compounds, toxic substances, high organic nitrogen content, and difficult treatment. A petrochemical enterprise in Liaoning province adopts a low oxygen biochemical process to treat ABS and acrylonitrile production wastewater, after the project is put into operation, the effluent quality is stable and better than the design standards.
