摘要：防范能源低碳转型风险是统筹推进黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的关键。以黄河流域为研究对象，分析黄河流域能源低碳转型过程中的风险挑战、存在的问题及原因，提出了有针对性的应对策略，以期为制定相关政策提供参考。

Risk Challenges and Prevention Strategies for Low-Carbon Energy Transformation in the Yellow River Basin

Abstract： Preventing the risks of low-carbon energy transformation is the key to promoting ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin. This article takes the Yellow River basin as the research object， analyzes the risks， challenges， existing problems， and reasons in the process of low-carbon energy transformation in the Yellow River basin， and proposes targeted response strategies to provide decision-making references for formulating relevant policies.
