摘要:为降低二噁英等污染物的含量,实现固体废物的无害化处理,以典型循环流化床生活垃圾焚烧炉为研究对象,分析固体废物焚烧过程中的污染物排放控制技术,并提出4种抑制二噁英产生的方法。研究表明,降低Cl2浓度、调整焚烧炉温度、使用抑制剂以及利用飞灰分解过程均能抑制二噁英的生成。

Research on Pollutant Emission Control Technology in Solid Waste Incineration Process

Abstract: In order to reduce the content of pollutants such as dioxins and achieve harmless treatment of solid waste incineration, a typical circulating fluidized bed municipal solid waste incinerator is taken as the research object. The pollutant emission control technology during the solid waste incineration process is analyzed, and four methods to suppress the production of dioxins are proposed. Research has shown that reducing Cl2 concentration, adjusting incinerator temperature, using inhibitors, and utilizing fly ash decomposition processes can all inhibit the generation of dioxins.
