印染废水处理工艺设计与分析

摘要:以某工业园区污水处理厂为例,对印染废水的水质和水量特点进行分析,提出解决方案,并进一步进行工艺设计。经实际运行后发现,该污水处理厂出水水质可以稳定达标,取得良好的经济效益。

Design and Analysis of Printing and Dyeing Wastewater Treatment Process

Abstract: Taking a sewage treatment plant in an industrial park as an example, this paper analyzes the key and difficult points of the water quality and quantity characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater, proposes solutions, and further designs the process. After actual operation, it was found that the effluent quality of the sewage treatment plant can stably meet the standard. It was found that the sewage treatment plant can achieve good economic benefits.

印染是指对纺织材料进行物理或化学处理过程的总称,印染过程中包括产生前处理废水、染色废水、脱水废水以及印花废水等多种污废水,因其水质不一且水量常处于波动状态,难以处理。(剩余2822字)
