摘要:污水处理厂是碳排放大户,也是能源密集的高耗产业之一,具有巨大节能减排潜力。本文以碳达峰碳中和(简称双碳)为背景,结合具体案例,分析城市污水处理厂清洁生产预评估内容,从工艺设计、设备选型、智能控制等分析城市污水处理厂清洁生产审核方案及具体实施,这对城市污水处理厂清洁生产审核具有积极指导意义。

Research on Clean Production Audit of Urban Sewage Treatment Plants under the Background of Dual Carbon

Abstract: Sewage treatment plants are a major carbon emitter and one of the energy intensive and high consumption industries, with enormous potential for energy conservation and emission reduction. This paper takes carbon peak and carbon neutrality (referred to as dual carbon) as the background, combined with specific cases, analyzes the pre-evaluation content of clean production in urban sewage treatment plants, and analyzes the clean production audit plan and specific implementation of urban sewage treatment plants from process design, equipment selection, intelligent control, etc., which has positive guiding significance for the clean production audit of urban sewage treatment plants.
