黄河流域生态环境保护与高质量发展对策分析

——以东营市为例

摘要：黄河是我国重要的生态屏障，保护黄河是事关中华民族伟大复兴和永续发展的千秋大计。东营市位于山东省北部，地处黄河三角洲，黄河在东营市境内汇入渤海。本文结合东营市生态环境保护和社会经济发展现状，提出黄河流域生态环境保护和高质量发展的对策，从而推进区域生态环境保护，实现高质量发展。

Analysis of Ecological Environment Protection and High-Quality Development Strategies in the Yellow River Basin

——Taking Dongying City as an Example

Abstract： The Yellow River is an important ecological barrier in China， and protecting the Yellow River is a long-term plan related to the great rejuvenation and sustainable development of the Chinese nation. Dongying City is located in the northern part of Shandong Province， in the Yellow River Delta， and the Yellow River flows into the Bohai Sea within the territory of Dongying City. Based on the current situation of ecological environment protection and socio-economic development in Dongying City， this paper proposes strategies for ecological environment protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin， in order to promote regional ecological environment protection and achieve high-quality development.
