【Abstract】Inorder to explore the influenceofball hinge strength onsmallofset collision in chasis structureand improve the acuracyof simulation modelin practical engineeringapplication,testand simulationare adopted toobtain the correspondingmaterialmechanicalparameters throughthematerialrealtestofkeycomponentsofchassisandthebalhead failuretest,andtheballhingestrengthatkeypositionsisdesigned.Alocaltrolleyisbuilttocalibratethechassispartsto improvethesimulationaccuracyof theanalysis model.Theresultsshow thatthestrengthof theball hinge hasagreat influenceonthesmallofsetcolisioncondition,andthemodelanalysisresultsaftercalibrationareingoodagreementwith the test.
