【Abstract】Full WidthDeformableBarier （FWDB）finiteelementmodelisestablishedaccording to thestandardof EEVC-WG15，calibratedusing theTransport Laboratory（TRL）trolley experimentmethod，and theMoving Progresive Deformable Barrier（MPDB）finiteelement model thathas beencalibratedand verified is used tobuild the MPDB andFWDBcrash modelsofcarsandSUVsrespectivelyforthefrontalcolisioncompatibilitystudyofvehicles.Compatibility evaluationindexesof MPDBandFWDBmodelsarecalculated，theanalysis resultsshowthatthecurent MPDBconditions have somelimitationsontheevaluationof structuralcompatibilityof vehicles，andcannot evaluatetheroleof the primaryenergy absorbingstructureintheverticalandhorizontaldirections，andneed tobecombinedwiththecompatibilityevaluationndexes ofFWDBconditions，VSIandHSItoconductananalysisinordertoevaluatethefrontalcolisioncompatibilityoftheveiclein a more comprehensive way.
