【AbstractIToaddresstheissueofoilchurning losses intheoperationofoil-coled motors,this study proposesamethod forcalculatingoilchurninglosesinoil-coledmotors.Theproposedmethodintegratesfluidmechanicsandthermodynamic theoryandemploysathree-dimensionaldynamic CFDmulti-physicscouplingsimulation basedonameshlessparticle method tocalculateoilchurning loses.Theaccuracyof theproposed method isvalidated throughcomparativeanalysiswith experimentaldata,providing valuable insights for optimizing oil-cooled motor design and improving effciency.
