冻结水泥砂土单轴抗压力学特性研究

Study on uniaxial compressive properties of frozen sand cement

Abstract:In order to study the uniaxial compressve mechanical properties of frozen sand cement,uniaxial compression tests of frozen sand cement specimens at different freezing temperatures (Ω-5,Ω-10,Ω-15 -20°C )and different cement dosages (0%,5%,10%,15%) were carried out by using a microcomputercontrolled electronic universal testing machine respectively.The stress-strain curves and modulus of elasticity curves of frozen sand cement at diffrent freezing temperatures and cement dosages were obtained. Results show that under the uniaxial compresson test conditions,the damage degree of frozen sand cement increases with the increase of impact air pressure and decreases with the decrease of frezing temperature.The mechanical parameters such as uniaxial compresive strength and modulus of elasticity increase proportionally with the increase of cement dosage,and the research results can provide a theoretical basis for the freezing enclosure reinforcement technology of underground concealed excavation project.

富水软弱地层土体加固和抑制冻结施工过程中,容易出现土体的冻胀融沉等问题,国内外专家提出将水泥改良土与人工冻结相结合的联合加固方法[1],联合加固后的冻结水泥土密实度增高,孔隙率降低,稳定性和强度显著增强[2],水泥的固化作用进一步抑制了土体在施工过程中发生冻胀融沉变形[3-4] 。(剩余6028字)
