Ultimate load capacity of UHPC-NC combined column under axial pressure

Abstract: The UHPC-NC composite column,which uses a reinforced ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC)cylinder as a formwork and is internally cast with normal concrete(NC),has advantages such as high strength and corrosion resistance.Based on the existing bearing capacity calculation methods and combined with theoretical analysis,a simplified calculation method for the axial compression bearing capacity of UHPC-NC composite columns is proposed. The axial compression bearing capacity of the collected specimens was calculated using the proposed method and other calculation methods.Results show that the mean value of the ratio of the calculated value to the test value by the proposed method is 1.O23,with a variance of O.OO5.The comparison eror with the finite element extended parameter value is also within 10% The calculation accuracy is relatively high. The relevant research can provide reference for the promotion and application of UHPC-NC composite columns in practical engineering.

随着跨海大桥的广泛建设,近海桥墩的冲刷和腐蚀问题日益凸显,尤其在海洋环境中,桥墩受到盐分、潮湿以及波浪的长期作用,加速混凝土表面产生裂缝和剥落[1],严重影响桥梁结构的承载力和使用寿命[2] O
相较于普通海工混凝土,超高性能混凝土(UHPC)不仅显著提升了拉压强度,在耐久性、抗渗透性和抗腐蚀性等方面也有优异表现[3],其性能符合沿海环境对桥墩抗冲刷特性的要求,能够有效抵抗海水侵蚀、延缓桥墩的腐蚀。(剩余7366字)
