Abstract:Vilagsareyunitsforfrmandtrasferandthegoveanceof"ongrainultivation",yeturrntresearhlacillg scaleanalysisofmland"ongrainculivatio.Basedosureydatafrom5vilagsorgaedbyhinaNaonalForestrasad DevelopmentResearchCnterinO22,thispaperemploydaultiplregressionmodeltodisuss teimpactofvilagescalefarmland transferon"giivatio"ditsitealhasm.esultssodhat)Overallicaseingrefad transferwouldexacerbatethelevelof"nongraincultivationintevillgeareaswitharegressoncoeffcientofO.44.(2)He terogeneityanalysis indicatedthatfarmlandtransferinnon-grainproductionareashadasignificantlypositiveeffecton"non-grain cultivation"(regression coefficient =0.1619 )in the village areas,while no significant effect was observed in main grain production areas.(3)Moderatingeectanalysisevealedthatagriculturalsupportsubsidiescouldinhbitepositiveefectoffarmlandtransfer on "non-grain cultivation"(interaction term regression coefficient =-0.1799 ),whereas the policy implementation capacity of village commiteeswouldexacerbatethepositiveeffectoffarmlandtransferon"non-graincultivation"(interactionteregresionent =0.1429. ).Basedonempiricalfindings,this studyrecommended implementing differentiatedrectificationmeasures for"non-grain cultivation",irongtaiidriotdregthgtasots"esitetueisey implementatiomulaeouslytpoposdddnollctieestureaerbyaingoandoveae developingforestfoodindustriestoestablishdiversifiedsupplementarysystemforfodsecurityandenhancingsystematicupply capacitythroughacordinatedfarmlandandforestandgovermancemechanism,therebycomprehensivelyconsolidatingthefoundation of food security.
