数字化背景下计算机档案管理研究

摘要：文章简略阐述了数字化背景下在档案管理中引入计算机技术的目标，并从建立数字化系统、加强精细化管理、完善安全性制度等几方面着手对数字化背景下计算机档案管理措施进行了详细分析，同时提出了几点计算机档案管理的要点，旨在为相关人员提供参考，切实发挥计算机技术的优势，提高档案管理的质量和效率。

Abstract： The article briefly elaborates on the goal of introducing computer technology into archive management in the digital context， and analyzes in detail the measures for computer archive management in the digital context from several aspects such as establishing a digital system， strengthening refined management， and improving security systems.
