在役海上油气生产固定平台的少人化操作运营模式设计

摘要:文章针对在役海上油气生产固定平台的操作现状及需求,提出少人化改造设计提升计划,包括生产流程在线监测及控制改造设计、设备运行监控管理改造设计、生产安全管理改造设计及远程集成操控应用设计,通过远程集中监控、远程安全生产管理和远程运营操控改变现有海上油气田生产操作和管理模式。

Abstract: In view of the operation status and requirements of the offshore oil and gas production fixed platform in service, the article proposes to improve the design of sparsity transformation, including the design of online monitoring and control transformation of production process, the design of equipment operation monitoring management transformation, the design of production safety management transformation and the design of remote integrated control application, through remote centralized monitoring Remote safety production management and remote operation control change the existing production operation and management mode of offshore oil and gas fields.

1  设计范围

目前,在役井口平台的少人化改造处于探索和研究阶段,根据海上油(气)田特点与平台功能,优先考虑自动化程度高的海上气田井口平台,油藏与原油天然气物性稳定单一,尽量选取井口数量在10口以内的平台,平台无钻修井机设施,工艺流程相对较为简单,无多级的原油与水处理系统,无电站与压缩机、热站等大型机械设备,周边有可依托的有人平台用来实现少人化远程操作,所选平台最好与中心平台或陆地直接采用海底光缆通信。(剩余3989字)
