摘要：文章对智慧医疗基本内容及智慧医疗信息化建设与应用的必要性进行了分析，并对新时期背景下如何推进智慧医疗信息化建设加以阐述，以期能够最大程度地发挥智慧医疗的作用和价值，从而为我国医疗事业高质量发展打下坚实的基础。
