数字化背景下水利事业单位档案工作创新初探

摘要：文章阐述了基于数字化背景进行水利事业单位档案管理工作创新的必要性和意义，分析了当前相关工作存在的不足，包括数字化创新意识不足、数据库建设滞后、数字化应用水平不高、安全风险管理不到位等，并结合实际，对水利事业单位档案管理工作的数字化创新思路及策略进行了探讨。

Abstract： This paper expounds the necessity and significance of the innovation of archives management in water conservancy institutions based on the digital background， and points out the shortcomings of the current related work， including the lack of digital innovation consciousness， the lag of database construction， the low level of digital application， and the inadequate safety risk management. Combined with practice， this paper discusses the digital innovation ideas and Strategies of archives management in water conservancy institutions.
