摘要：文章基于软件项目风险管理流程展开分析，内容涉及风险识别、风险评价分析、风险评估、拟定风险缓解措施、风险监控等，结合某办公平台开发项目案例，对于风险管理在其中的应用要点和效果进行讨论，其目的在于积累有价值管理经验，提高企业软件项目风险管理水平。

Research on Software Project Risk Management and Application Discussion in Office Platform Development Projects

Abstract： This paper is based on the risk management process of software projects， involving risk identification， risk evaluation analysis， risk assessment， formulate risk mitigation measures， risk monitoring， etc. Combined with the case of an office platform development project， it discusses the application points and effects of risk management in them. Its purpose is to accumulate valuable management experience and improve the risk management level of enterprise software projects.
