摘要：文章通过运营商云服务平台运维支撑工作的实际案例，对云服务平台的售中售后支撑、网络运维、设备维护以及网络安全等方面制定运维服务模式，有效处理了云服务平台运作各环节中存在的问题，提升云服务平台的运作质量。

Construction of Operation and Maintenance Service Mode of Cloud Service Platform

Abstract： This paper talks about the actual case of the author's operation and maintenance support work on the cloud service platform of operators， and formulates the operation and maintenance service mode for the cloud service platform in terms of in-service and after-sales support， network operation and maintenance， equipment maintenance and network security， in order to effectively deal with the problems existing in all links of the operation of the cloud service platform and improve the operation quality of the cloud service platform.
