电子政务外网接入气象业务内网的安全防护探究

摘要：为实现政务处理电子化、信息化，国家开设了电子政务外网这一基础公共设施，社会公众可通过外网获取政务信息。在信息化建设进程中，电子政务内网的应用是助推服务型政务形成的基础保障，因此，文章从政务外网接入气象业务内网的安全防护问题进行分析，并以此探究相应的安全防护策略。

Research on Security Protection of E-government External Network Connecting to Meteorological Service Internal Network

Abstract： In order to realize the electronization and informatization of government affairs， the state has set up the basic public facility of e-government extranet. At the same time， the public can obtain government affairs information through the extranet. In the process of information construction， the application of e-government intranet is the basic guarantee to promote the formation of service-oriented government affairs. Therefore， this paper analyzes the security protection of the government extranet connected to the meteorological business intranet， and explores the corresponding security protection strategies.

1  宁夏气象电子政务外网现状

近几年，本单位部门基于电子政务外网开展的业务服务工作不断扩大，除本单位部门特有的省级突发事件预警信息发布业务外，自治区各部门的政务管理、行政审批、政务办公类应用逐年增加，伴随自治区政务大数据平台建设的推进，电子政务外网还将承担自治区各部门间的数据共享相关业务。（剩余4274字）
