中波发射台发展建设构想

摘要：中波发射台存在技术落后、人员结构不合理、技术人才匮乏等问题，突破当前困境继续中波发射台发挥优势和特色，适应新时代高质量发展，是必须解决的问题。文章阐述了中波发射台未来发展需要设备升级、完善检测体系、加强维护和人员培训等。

Conception of Development and Construction of Medium Wave Launching Station

Abstract： Highlighting the current situation of medium wave launch pad： backward technology， unreasonable personnel structure， lack of technical talents and so on. It is an urgent problem to break through the current difficulties， continue to give full play to the advantages and characteristics of the medium wave launch station and adapt to the high-quality development in the new era. This paper describes the future development direction of the medium wave transmitting station， such as equipment upgrading， improving the detection system， strengthening maintenance and personnel training.
