Abstract： As a pioneer in the field of global cultural heritage conservation， Italy has established an internationally leading position through construction of a comprehensive theoretical system for cultural heritage conservation and application of cutting-edge conservation technologies and innovative management，driving the development and improvement of the cultural heritage conservation standardization system. This thesis systematically reviews the development of Italian national cultural heritage conservation standards， analyzes the structure and operation mechanism of the standard-setting institutions for cultural heritage protection in Italy，and summarizes the characteristics of Italian cultural heritage conservation standardization. The aim is to provide practical reference and theoretical support for improving the framework of the cultural heritage conservation standardization system in China， promoting international cooperation and innovation development in the field ofcultural heritage conservation.
