Abstract： This paper interprets the concept of living heritage conservation and analyzes the specific heritage characteristics of the Jingmai Mountain cultural landscape. It focuses on theliving heritage attributes of Jingmai Mountain and examines the framework and features of the Jingmai Mountain Construction Guidelines. The study aims to provide a reference for balancing development with conservation and integrating community participation into modern management approaches. Given Jingmai Mountain’ s global exemplary value in living heritage conservation， this paper examines the framework and methodology of the guidelines to offer insights for similar heritage sites.
