【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the role of novel nanomaterial MN receptor targeted inhibition system (MTIS) in targeting and inhibiting clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). Methods The microprobe MTIS was designed and implemented for use with ccRCC cell lines 786-O and Caki-1. The targeting efficacy of both MTIS and MN was examined through laser scanning confocal microscopy (CLSM). CCK-8 and Transwell assays were conducted to confirm the inhibitory impact of MTIS on ccRCC.Additionally, the Renca cell line was utilized to induce subcutaneous tumors in mice, and MTIS was administered through tail vein injection to assess its therapeutic effect. Results The CLSM observations revealed that MTIS exhibited excellent colocalization with tumor cells. The results from CCK-8 and Transwell experiments further demonstrated that MTIS significantly inhibited the migration and invasion of tumor cells. Furthermore, the effective concentration of MTIS injected via tail vein at the tumor site in mice was observed using the in vivo imaging system (IVIS).Notably, the tumor volume in mice after 14,21 and 28 days treated with MTIS were markedly smaller compared to the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion The novel nanoprobe MTIS effectively targets cRCCcelsand demonstrates asignificant inhibitory effecton their migration and invasion.
