【Abstract】Conservative therapy is the primary choicefor mild-to-moderate adolescent idiopathic scoliosis（AIS）， anditsmultiimensioalarbteseiticalcicalharacteristic.Efeielyesingtesedimesos，talngtramet strategies，andevaluating their efectivenessareessentialaspects of clinical practice inconservative therapy.However， discrepanciesoftenexistbetweenimaging-basedoutcomesandpatient-reportedconcerns，andthefrequentuseof imagingis limitedbyradiationexposure.Consequently，someevaluationtols，particularlythosebasedonpatient-reportedoutcomes，have graduallbecomeimportantclinicalreferences.Thisstudyaimstoexplorethemultidimensional evaluationindicatorsandols associatedwithconservativetherapyforAIS，togdetheselectionofappropriateevaluationmethodsinclinicalpractice.Relevant literaturewassystematicallretrievedandreviewedtocategorizeandsummarizethemultidimensionalevaluationtolsusedin conservative therapy，clarifying theirapplicabilityand limitations.Five maindimensionsandtheircorresponding evaluation tools were identifed，incudingphysicalappearanceassessment，qualityoflifeassessment，negativeemotionsessent， pulmonaryfunctionandexercisetoleranceassessment，and jointlaxityasessment.Multidimensional evaluationmethodshave increasinglybecomecriticalreferencesinconsevative treatmentforAIS，particularlytolsbasedonpatient-reportedoutcomes， which provideguidanceforindividualizedinterventions.Futureeffortsshouldfocusonoptimizingordevelopingevaluationtools ed to the characteristics of Chinese adolescents to improve the effectiveness of conservative therapy.
