我国规范化管理高血压患者血压控制及影响因素研究的现状、挑战与未来展望

【Abstract】Hypertension is aprevalent chronic condition with a sizable patient population and suboptimal blood pressure controlrates，resulting inasubstantialeconomicburdenonindividualsandsociety.Strengthening health management strategiesforhypertensivepatients isacucialinterventiontoimprovebloodpressrecontrol.Althoughstandardizedhypertesion managementhasbeen widelyimplemented inprimarycaresetings，existing studies indicatethatblood pressurecontrolrates in China remainunsatisfactory.This paper examinesresearchdidinChinaontheefectivenessofblood pressurecontrolandthe factorsinfluencing itamong hypertensivepatientsreceivingstandardizedmanagement.Severallimitationsinthecurentbody ofresearchareidentified，includingapaucityofhigh-qualitystudies，narowresearchscopeintermsofinfluencingfactors， inconsistentselectionofblood pressure metrics，variedapproaches toevaluatinglong-term blood pressure management，and non-alignmentof target blood pressure definitions with international guidelines.The paper proposes future research recommendations，such as standardizing blood pressre control criteria，expanding the studyof patients under standardized management，broadeningresearch perspectives to explore the impactofmultileveldeterminantsonblood pressurecontrol，and leveraging big dataand artificial intelligence technologies to advance precision management for hypertensive patients.
