【Abstract】China is notonlyahigh-burden countryfor tuberculosis（TB）but also bears the largest global burden of hepatitisB.ThedualprevalenceofTBandhepatitisBposessignificantchallenges，asco-infectedpatientsfacehigher risksof treatmentfailureandrelapse.Akeyclinicalchalengelies inensuringtheefectiveimplementationofanti-tuberculosis regimens while minimizingtheincidenceof liverinjuryandavoiding treatmentinteruptionscausedbyhepaticcomplications. Dueto limited clinicalresearchdatainthisareain China，comprehensivediagnosticand treatment guidelinesforpulmonary TBcomplicatedbychronic hepatitis Bvirus（HBV）infection have yettobeestablished.Basedonthis，andreferencing relevantdomesticandinternational guidelinesandconsensusdocuments，the National Clinical Research CenterforInfectious DiseasesJiangxi Branch，JiangxiProvincialKeyLaboratoryofTuberculosisorganizedapanelof expertsfromvarious fields includingtuberculosis，infectious diseases，hepatology，andpathologytoconductintensivediscusionsanddevelopexpert consensusrecommendatios.Thisconsensusaimstoprovideuidanceforstandardizeddiagnosisandtreatmentasellassientific management of tuberculosis patients co-infected with HBV.
