【Abstract】Cardiotoxicity is a common complication during the cancer treatment of breast cancer patients,increasing their physicaland mental sufferingandeven endangeringtheirlives.Therefore,earlyidentificationofhigh-riskpatients and taking targeted preventivemeasures iscrucial.Risk predictionmodels forcardiotoxicityrelated to breastcancer treatment are important methods forassessing high-risk patientsandhave been extensivelystudiedbyscholars bothdomesticalland internationally.The papercategorizes existing models into specificand general models basedonthe treatment methodsreceived bythestudypopulation.Itprovidesadetailedexplanationandcomparativeanalysisoftheconstructionprocesses,methods, predictivefactors,validationoffectiveness,andapplicationsofthesemodels.Theanalysisshowsthat theconstructionmethods of existing models mainlyusetraditional statistical methodssuchasLogisticregresionandCoxproportionalregresion,with afewusing machine learningalgorithms.The predictive factors are mostlyage,hypertension,diabetes,andBMI,with good predictive performance.However,there are significant diferences inthe predictivefactorsamong the models,andthere isan imbalancebetweendevelopmentandapplication.Futureresearchshouldfocusonclinicalapplicationandlocalizationverification of models,combineartificialinteligencetechnology,enrich new modeling methods,andconductmulti-center,large-sample prospective studies toimprovemodel stability.Thiswillprovideefectivescreening tolsforclinical healthcare professonals toidentifycardiotoxicity.Thispapercanserveasareferencefortheconstructionandapplicationof iskpredictionmodels for cardiotoxicity related to breast cancer treatment by clinical healthcare professionals in China.
