Therefore，finding more eective and comprehensive rehabilitation strategies has become a key research focus. This review aims to summarize the current research on the pathogenesis and rehabilitation of hand dysfunction，and analyze the advantages，limitations，and clinical efficacy of different rehabilitation approaches.

脑卒中后手功能障碍作为常见且棘手的后遗症之一，在发病后的3个月内，约有 96.4% 患者出现手功能障碍，由于手在大脑皮质的投射区占比较大，神经支配复杂，其精细协调程度远比下肢和躯干复杂，故仅有不到1/5患者能够恢复到患病之前的功能状态[1-2]。（剩余9274字）
