CanData Elements Drive Breakthroughs in Key Core Technologies of Enterprises? AQuasi-Natural Experiment Based on the Establishment of a National BigData ComprehensivePilot Zone

Abstract: Data elementisacoresupportingresource andanewdriving engineforenterprisestoovercome criticalbotlenecks. Thisarticleuses theestablishment of anational big data comprehensive pilot zoneasaquasi-natural experiment to exploreits impacton breakthroughs in keycore technologies byenterprises,aswell as theunderlying mechanisms. According totheresearch findings,theestablishmentofanational bigdatacomprehensivepilotzonecanpromote the full releaseof data elements and drive enterprises toachieve breakthroughs in key core technologies.Mechanism testing indicates thattheestablishmentof anational bigdatacomprehensivepilotzonecandrivebreakthroughs in keycore technologiesof enterprisesbyenhancing their technologicalcomplexity,improving theconstructionofnewdigital infrastructure,andstrengthening financialsupport.Furtheranalysis revealsthatanational bigdatacomprehensivepilot zone hasaradiationboundaryof 7Okilometers.Its role in driving breakthroughsin keycore technologies is particularly significant inareas with ahighlevel ofdata security,industrieswith substantialtechnologicalcontent,andenterprises with strong technicalcapabilities.Thisconclusionreveals thedeepvalueof dataelements,providing theoretical support for the forward-looking layout of data policies and enterprises to overcome the "bottleneck" dilemma.
