【Abstract】ObjectiveToinvestigate theclinical efcacy of thecombination therapy of bacterial lysate and budesonide in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonarydisease (AECOPD).Methods
Atotalof90 patientswith AECOPDadmited toour hospital from July2021 toJuly2024 wererandomly divided into two groups,with 45 patients in each group.Thecontrol group was treated with budesonide,while the studygroup wasalso treatedwith bacterial lysate.Theclinical eficacy,serum inflammatory factors,blood gas levels,immunoglobulin levels,lung function indicators,andadverse reactionsbetween the two groups of patients were compared.ResultsCompared with the control group,the total effective rate of thestudy group after treatment was higher ( P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had lower levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)- α ,interleukin(IL)-6,andC-reactiveprotein(CRP)aftertreatment( P <0.05).Compared with thecontrol group,the study group had higher blood oxygen saturation (SaO2)and arterial partial pressureof oxygen ( PaO2 )after treatment,and lowerpartial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2)( P <0.05).Compared with the control group,thestudy group hadhigher levelsof immunoglobulinA (IgA),immunoglobulin G (IgG),and immunoglobulin M( 1gM )aftertreatment( P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had higher levelsof forcedvital capacity (FVC),forcedexpiratoryvolume inonesecond (FEVi),and FEV/FVC after treatment P<0.05 ).There was no significant diference in adverse reactions( P >0.05).After treatment, the SF-36 scores of both groups increased,and that of thestudy group was higher.ConclusionThe combination therapy of bacterial lysate andbudesonide in AECOPDpatients can effectivelyreduce thelevels of variousserum inflammatoryfactors,improvebloodgas indicators,enhancepatient immune function,andpromotelung function recovery.Itis safe,reliable,and effective,with high clinical applicationand promotion value.
