【Abstract】ObjectiveTo deeply analyze the effects of electroencephalograph (EEG) biofeedback combined with auditory integration training on the development of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)during treatment.MethodsThecases were randomly divided into two groupsusing a random number table.The control groupof32cases receivedauditory integration traininginaddition to routinerehabilitation training,while the observationgroup of32casesreceivedEEG biofeedback therapyinadditionto thecontrol group'sintervention plan.Therehabilitation efectsof the twogroups were comparedin detail,including various indicatorsof the Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist (ATEC) before and after treatment,scores of autism symptoms,auditory and visual development indicatorsevaluatedbythe IntegratedVisualand Auditory ContinuousPerformance Test (IVACPT),and intellectual development indicatorsevaluatedby the Denver Developmental Screening Test (DDST). ResultsAfter treatment,the observation group showed lower levels of ATEC in all indicators ( P <0.05). The scores of the observation group in various symptoms of autism were lower than those of the control group ( P <0.05). The comprehensive response control ability score and comprehensive atention score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group ( P <0.05).The intelligence development scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group ( P <0.05).ConclusionThe combination of EEG biofeedback and auditory integration training has asignificant positive impact onchildren with ASD,efectivelyimproving their disease symptoms,promotingauditory,visualdevelopmentandintellctual development,andsignificantly enhancing disease control and rehabilitation effects.
