基于S7-1200的胶带切割机控制系统设计

摘 要：车用线束包胶可以起到增加线束的耐磨性、抗腐蚀性、阻燃性以及美化外观等优点。本文提出了一种通过伺服控制的高精度线束用胶带切割机，可以实现指定长度范围内的胶带自动连续切割，提高了切割胶带的生产效率和切割精度。

Design of Control System of Belt Cutting Machine Based on S7-1200

Abstract：The adhesive coating of vehicle harness can increase the abrasion resistance， corrosion resistance， flame retardancy and beautify the appearance of the harness. This paper presents a high-precision tape cutter for wire harness controlled by servo， which can automatically and continuously cut the tape within the specified length range， and improve the production efficiency and cutting accuracy of cutting tape.
