Research on weighing signal denoising based on CPO-ICEEMDAN-WTD

Abstract:Denoisingvehicleaxle weight signalsplayanimportantrole inimproving dynamicweighingaccuracy.Inallusion totheproblemof noiseinterference,amethodof hybridsignaldenoising basedon thecrowned porcupineoptimization (CPO) algorithm tooptimizeand improveadaptivenoisecompleteempirical mode decomposition (ICEEMDAN),sample entropy (SampEn),andwaveletsoftthresholddenoising(WTD)isproposed.TheCPOisused tooptimizethewhitenoiseamplitude weightandthenumberof noiseadditionsof ICEEMDAN,andtheaxleloadsignalofvehicleisdecomposedbyICEEMDANto obtainseveralintrinsicodalcomponents.TempEnofachomponentisalculated,andthetresholdisusedtodisiguish noisycomponents fromuseful components,andperform WTDonthenoisycomponents.Thedenoised signalisconstructed by combiningthe processedcomponentswiththeusefulcomponents.The experimental resultsshow that the proposed method can effectivelyremovethenoiseintheoriginalaxleweightsignal,therebyimprovingthemeasurementacuracyoftheweight-inmotion system.
