Abstract:Theaccuratemonitoringofelevatorbrakeclearanceisdirectlyrelatedtothesafeandstableoperationofthelevator, whilethe traditionalmonitoring methods have problemssuchasinsuficientaccuracyandporeal-timeperformance.Therefore, amethodof elevator brakeclearance monitoringandearly warning basedoncapacitive grid technologyandimprovedlong short termmemory(LSTM)isproposed.Inthismethod,thecapacitancegridtechnologyisused tomeasuretheelevatorbrakeclearanceinrealtime,theelevatorbrakemonitoringtopological structurebasedonthecapacitancegrid technologyisconstructed, andthemonitoringplatformframeworkisbuilt,whichprovidesabasisforthedataacquisitionandanalysisofelevatorbrake.At thesametime,thedynamicatentionmechanismisintroducedintothetraditionalLSTMtoformanimprovedLSTMalgorith, whichcanidentifyandextract theabnormaldataofelevatorbrakeclearance,andefectivelyimprovethereal-time performance andpredictionaccuracyofthemodel.Theexperimentalresultsshow thatheproposed methodcanachieveanaccuracyof99.2% in identifying abnormal data,providing a new solution for the intelligent monitoring of gaps.
