Abstract:In order to enable students to better understand the measurement principle and process of atmospheric data, an automatic pneumatic control system is designed to assist in the simulation of aircraft full pressure and static pressure during the teaching demonstration process. In this system, the joint control program between upper computer and lower computer is adopted, which has functions such as target air pressure control and safety protection functions. The STM32ZET6 single ⁃ chip microcomputer is selected as the control core of the lower computer, which can directly control the actuator by analyzing the control instructions of the upper computer. The MS5611 ⁃ 01BA03 barometric pressure sensor is used to collect total and static pressure output, so as to feed back to the upper computer. The upper computer is developed by means of Qt, which can generate control commands based on the target value, calculate PID parameters, and send control commands to the lower computer, so as to complete the total and static pressure control. The hardware and software of the system are designed, and the actual product is made for the verification testing. The experimental results show that the system effectively can control total and static pressure with shorter adjustment times and lower steady⁃state errors, which meets expectations, is simple to operate, and has low cost. It has broad application prospects in avionics teaching and other air pressure control fields.

大气数据系统通过测量航空器所处环境的全压、静压、总温等数据[1],解算出高度、空速、升降速率和马赫数等重要飞行参数,为飞行控制系统和飞机导航提供重要信息,是保证航空器安全正常飞行的重要组成部分[2⁃4]。(剩余7436字)
