Development of robotic welding workstation for the railway freight car automatic maintenance and repair system

Abstract：In response to the prominent issues in current railway freight car repair operations，such as severe damage to the car bodies awaiting repair，high manual repair diffculty，and heavy workloads，this study focuses on the development of an automatic robotic welding workstation for railway freight car maintenance systems based on six-axis robot technology.A detailed explanation is provided regarding the structural overview of the workstation，the robot programming，laser tracking，control procedures，and operation interface.Additionally，the working status of the system is introduced.
