Abstract:Byadjusting the amount of molybdenum added,the influence of molybdenum on the mechanical properties of the weld metal and the on the change of structure were studied. It was found that increasing the amount of molybdenum can further improve the hardenability,improve the tempering stability,refine grains,and increase the tensile strength of the weld metal,and thestructure ismainly bainiteandferite,but whenthecontent of molybden in the weld metal exceeds 0.5% ,it will promote the generation of M/A components,which is one of the main factors that cause the decrease of impactness.
