Preparation Ti3C2Tx films substrate its application in Raman detection dopamine

Abstract: Ti3C2Tx, with their excellent hydrophilicity, biocompatibility, electrical conductivity high stability, have broad application prospects in the field biosensing. However, the sensitivity pure Ti3C2Tx nanosheets is relatively low (poor enhancement permance low detection limit et al), the number reducing -OH groups on the Ti3C2Tx surface is small, resulting in a low loading capacity metal nanoparticles grown in situ on the Ti3C2Tx surface. In this paper, through alkalization treatment, the -F =0 groups on the Ti3C2Tx surface were converted into 一 OH groups, effectively increasing the density noble metal nanoparticles on the surface. The silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) loaded Ti3C2-OH film substrate material prepared in this way exhibited excellnt permance in surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS).By controlling the loading amount AgNPs on the Ti3C2-OH film,the SERS detection limit dopamine (DA) was improved to 1×10-9mol/L . In addition, the substrate was unim stable (relativestarddeviation 6.36% ), thedynamicdetectionrange DA reached five orders magnitude (1×10-4molL to 1×10-9mol/L ). The research results show that has the potential to be used as a highly sensitive SERS chip is suitable label-free quantitative detection biomolecules like DA based on SERS technology.
