Abstract：ThispapercariesouttheresearchworkofideologicalandpoliticalconstructionforFluidMechanicssoasto contributetotheconstructionofengineeringeducation，promotecollaborativeeducationincurrculumpoliticsofbasiccousesand politicalcuriculum，andcultivatenewengineeringtalentsforthescientificandtechnologicalrevolutions.Byanalyzingthe characteristicsandcurrentsituationoftheideologyandpoliticsofFluidMechanics，weexploredtheideologicalandpolitical construction under a new engineering background，through the overall design of the course based on the "civics + knowledge" map，the arrangement of the course content according to the "masters + powerful equipment"，and the reform of the course assessment combined with the "basic knowledge + autonomous exploration".This construction program has accomplished practice andobjectiveassessmentinclasroomteaching，providingreferenceandpracticalexperiencefortheideologicalandpolitcal reformation of Fluid Mechanics in universities.
