Abstract:Setagainstthenationalinitiativetofosterindustry-educationintegrationandnurtureexceptionalengineers,this studyhaundertakenanextensiveinvestigationtodissectthepivotalfactorsinfluencingtheprofoundadvancementofsuch integration.Weintroduceaninnovativepedagogicalframeworkknownasthe"ProjectCapsuleforResearchandTeaching" (PCaRT),whichispredicatedontheprinciplesofdevelopingExcelentEngineers.Thisframeworkemphasizesenhancingthe caliberofeducationalandinstructionalqualitynrichingthestudentlearingexperience,andaddresingthetangiblendsof theindustry.EmployingthePCaRTmodelinpracticalteachingscenarioshasconfimeditsviabilityresultinginthegenrationof notablescientificandtechnologicaladvancements.Ithasalsobolsteredstudents‘engagementinengineringendeavorsand garneredcommendationfrompertinentsectors.Thestudystheoreticalandempiricalinsightslaythegroundworkforthecontinued refinementofthePCaRTmodelandtheintensificationof industryeducationsynergy.Itisanticipatedthatthefindingswillerve asavaluablereferenceforotherinstitutions engaged in engineering education,aiming tocultivate top-tierengineers.
