Abstract：Setagainstthenationalinitiativetofosterindustry-educationintegrationandnurtureexceptionalengineers，this studyhaundertakenanextensiveinvestigationtodissectthepivotalfactorsinfluencingtheprofoundadvancementofsuch integration.Weintroduceaninnovativepedagogicalframeworkknownasthe"ProjectCapsuleforResearchandTeaching" （PCaRT），whichispredicatedontheprinciplesofdevelopingExcelentEngineers.Thisframeworkemphasizesenhancingthe caliberofeducationalandinstructionalqualitynrichingthestudentlearingexperience，andaddresingthetangiblendsof theindustry.EmployingthePCaRTmodelinpracticalteachingscenarioshasconfimeditsviabilityresultinginthegenrationof notablescientificandtechnologicaladvancements.Ithasalsobolsteredstudents‘engagementinengineringendeavorsand garneredcommendationfrompertinentsectors.Thestudystheoreticalandempiricalinsightslaythegroundworkforthecontinued refinementofthePCaRTmodelandtheintensificationof industryeducationsynergy.Itisanticipatedthatthefindingswillerve asavaluablereferenceforotherinstitutions engaged in engineering education，aiming tocultivate top-tierengineers.
