Abstract:The MasterofEngineering Management (MEM)profesionaldegreeeducationcultivatescompositetalentswithboth engineringtechnologyandmanagementabilities,whichplaysanimportantroleinpromotingtechnologicalinnovationand developmentinthefieldofengineringinChina.Thisarticle,basedonexpertinterviews,questionnairesurveys,andother methodsto obtainrawdataconstructsatalentcultivationdemandindicatorsystem thatincludes4dimensionsand2otypes. Afterintegratingandanalyzingthedata,MEMtalentcultivationstrategiesareproposed:developingtraininggoalsthatreflect high-levelcompositeabilties;transformingtheteachingmodeandconstructinga"dualfieldinformationcase"teachingmethod; strengtheningsocialcoperationandenrichingcaselibraries,whichprovidessolutionsforthecultivationofMEMtalentswith high comprehensive quality,strong innovation ability,and adaptability in universities.
