Abstract：Atpresent，theworldisfacingamajorshiftunprecedentedinacentury.Withtheincreasinglyfiercecompetion forhigh-leveleducatedtalentsgloballandtherapiddevelopmentofcuting-edgetechnologiesthatservesignificantstrategic needs，thegraduateeucationmodelandeducationalsystem，asanimportantcultivationoutputsystemforhigh-levelinovative talents，isconfrontingupreedentedopporunitiesandchalenges.Tispaperdelvesintotheurrnterasbackgroundofgaduate educationinourcountry，providesadetailedanalysisofitsmainproblemsinaspectssuchastrainingmodels，curiculum systems，andmentorteamconstructionandproposescorespondingeformmeasures.Inaddressingtheissueofcosingpathsfor educationalrefom，thisstudyspecificallyexplorestheintegrationofmedicineandinformationtechnologyTheresearchaimsto provideusefulreferencesforpromotinghigh-qualitydevelopmentofgraduateeducationthroughreforms，constructingahigh-level talentcultivationmechanismwithmulti-partycordinationandintegration，andtherebynurturinginnovativetalentshomeetthe needs of advancing China's modernization.
