Abstract:Atpresent,theworldisfacingamajorshiftunprecedentedinacentury.Withtheincreasinglyfiercecompetion forhigh-leveleducatedtalentsgloballandtherapiddevelopmentofcuting-edgetechnologiesthatservesignificantstrategic needs,thegraduateeucationmodelandeducationalsystem,asanimportantcultivationoutputsystemforhigh-levelinovative talents,isconfrontingupreedentedopporunitiesandchalenges.Tispaperdelvesintotheurrnterasbackgroundofgaduate educationinourcountry,providesadetailedanalysisofitsmainproblemsinaspectssuchastrainingmodels,curiculum systems,andmentorteamconstructionandproposescorespondingeformmeasures.Inaddressingtheissueofcosingpathsfor educationalrefom,thisstudyspecificallyexplorestheintegrationofmedicineandinformationtechnologyTheresearchaimsto provideusefulreferencesforpromotinghigh-qualitydevelopmentofgraduateeducationthroughreforms,constructingahigh-level talentcultivationmechanismwithmulti-partycordinationandintegration,andtherebynurturinginnovativetalentshomeetthe needs of advancing China's modernization.
