膝骨关节炎（kneeosteoarthritis，KOA）是一种以关节软骨进行性破坏为主的慢性退行性疾病，以关节疼痛、僵硬、功能障碍为主要表现，严重影响病人的生活质量，也是导致残疾的最主要原因[1-2]。（剩余15029字）
