AbstractObjective：TosummarizethenursingcareofpatientswithrecurrentandrefractorymalignanttumorsundergoingTcel receptorengineredTcellTCR-T）therapy.Methods：Thetreatmentandnursingmeasuresfor4patientswithrecurrentandrefractory malignanttumorsudergoingTCR-Ttherapywerereviewed，includingfevercare，bonemarrowsuppressioncare，nalfunction impairmentcare，monitoringofneurotoxiceactions，andpsychologicalcare.Results：Troughmeticulous treatmentandcareall4 patientssuccesfullycompletedTCR-Ttherapyandweredischarged.Conclusions：Throughthethoroughunderstandingandeffective managementofteverseeactiosaedyCR-cellthrapyiaspossbletoacetetyndefacyoftat for patients.
