AbstractObjective:Toconductasopingreviewtheappicationgenerativeartificialintellgenceinthedetarymanagement patientswithchronicdiseases.Methods:Systematicsearch wasconducted inandEnglishdatabasessuchasPubed,Web Science(WOS),EMbase,CochraneLibraryAHL,copus,IEEEXplore,AssociationforComputingMachineryigitalibary (ACM),iomedicalLiteratureServiceSytem(SoMed),ChinaNationalKnowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Waagata Knowledge ServicePlatform,andVIPDatabase.ThesearchperiodwasfromJanuary1,2O14toAugust2O,2025.Tworesearchers independentlyscrenedtheliteratureacordingtotheinclusionandexclusioncriteriaandextractedthebasiccharacteristics the literature.Results:Atotal22articles wereicluded.Thestudies involveda widerangepopulations,withamajoritybeingpatients withdiabetes.Teaplicationcoenerativeartiialintellgenceinpatintdetanagementiudedfoodiagerecogiiet assessment,etaryecommedatiosietiteretionplanfulationddetonsultatioeplicationhologiesided recommendationalgoriths,datamining,timeseriesmodeling,neuraletworks,nowledgegaphs,atientprilingdpeaing, chatbots.ConcusiosTeaptioeneaieartalintellgeneindetarymaagntpatitsitoiciseaad achievedgodresultsandignificantadvantagesHoweveritsplicationastillinitsifancyInhefutureargealecliical randomizdcotrolldtrialseedtoeductedndmmuicationdoperationamongmultipledisciplissouldbted.
