AbstractObjective：ToexploreteapplicationefectofintegratedtraditionalChineseandwestemedicinenursingbasedonthehalth promotionmodel inpostoperativecareofpatientsinthehepatobiliarysurgerydepartment.Methods：Atotalof8Opatientswho underwentsurgeryinthehepatobiliarysurgerydepartmentofour hospitalfromAugust2O24 toJanuary2O25wereselectedasthe researchsubjects.Theywere divided intocontrol groupandobservationgroupbyrandomnumber tablemethod，4Ocaseseach.The controlgroupreceivedroutinecare，whiletheobservationgroupreceivedintegratedtraditionalChineseandWestermedicinenursing basedonthehealthpromotionmodelinaditiontotheroutinecare.Thepostoperativecomfort，qualityoflife，andcomplication occurenceofthetwogroupsofpatientswerecompared.Results：After6monthsofintervention，thecomfortscoresandualityoflife scoresof theobservationgroupweresignificantlyhigherthan thoseofthecontrolgroup.Thetotalincidenceofcomplicationsof the observation group were lower than those of the control group P<0.05） .Conclusions： Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicinenursing basedonhealth promotionmodelcouldimprovethepostoperativecomfortandqualityoflifeofpatientsinthe hepatobliarysurgerydpartment.Itcould providesupportfortheconstructionofsystematicpostoperativenursingplanfopatintsinthe hepatobiliary surgery department.
