AbstractObjective：Toexplorethednamicchangesofdiseaseadaptationdilemmainpatientsundergoinglungtransplantationat diferentstages，andtoprovidebasisforfomulatingpreciseehabilitationitervetionstrategies.Methods：Usingpurposiveling， totalf15lungtransplantpatientshowerehospitalizedinatertiarygradeAhospitalinHenanprovincefromJuneO24toMarch2025 wereselectedasteesearchsubjectsAodingtotetiingteoryemistructuredtervieswereconductedwithtepatits.e data weranalyedusingtheColaizis7-stepnalysismethod.Results：Basedontheimingteory，fivestagesofdevelopmentfrung transplantpatietswerefordFivethmeswereextractedthedagnosisstagethedualdlemmaofognitiedisruptioandlifeecision making），thehospitalstabilizationstage（theadaptationdilemmaoflifetransitionandphysicalandmentalupheaval），thedischarge preparatinstage（thedilemmaofrapidrecoverydesireandlackofdischargepreparationability），theadjustmentstage（thedilemmaof establishiganewoalandeconstructinglife），andteadptatiostgecuulationofnegatieemotosandprsistenteisteceof adaptationdilemmas）.Conclusions：Thediseaseadaptationdilemmaoflungtransplantpatientsatdiferentstagesweredynamicaly changing.Medicalstaffshouldprovideungtrasplanthabiltatiomanagementinapased，laned，andontuousmarsedon the adaptation difficulties at each stage，so as to facilitate the rapid recovery of lung transplant patients.
