医护一体目标化管理模式在学龄期哮喘儿童中的应用

AbstractObjective:Toexploretheaplicationefectoftheintegratedgoalmanagementmodelofmedicalcareandnursingischol agechildrenwithasthma.Methods:Byusingtheconveniencesamplingmethod,6Ochldrenwithbronchialasthmaadmitedtothe pediatricsdepartmentofFirstHospitalofShanxiMedicalUniversityfromApriltoDecember2O23wereselectedastheresearchsubjects. Andtheywererandomlydividedintothecontrolgroupandtheobservationgroup,with3Ocases ineach.Thecontrolgroupadoptedthe conventionalnursingmode.Theobservationgroupwasintervenedwiththeintegratedmedicalandnursingtargetedmanagementplan. Theinterventionefectsofthetwogroupsofchildrenwerecomparedbeforetheinterventionandat3monthsand6monthsafterthe interventionbyusingtheChildoodAsthmaControlTest(C-ACT),theAsthmaChildrenSelf-ManagementScale,andthepulmonary ventilationfunctiontest.Results:At3monthsand6monthsaftertheintervention,thescoresofC-ACTandtheAsthma ChildreSelf ManagementScale,andtheindicatorsofpulmonaryventiationfunctionintheobservationgroupwereallbeterthantoseintheotrol group,and the differences were statistically significant ΔP<0.05 ).Conclusions:The application of the integrated goal management model ofmedicalcareandnursinginschol-agechildrenwithasthmacouldefectivelycontrolasthmasymptoms,enhancethedisease management ability of the children,improve lung function.
