医护一体目标化管理模式在学龄期哮喘儿童中的应用

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheaplicationefectoftheintegratedgoalmanagementmodelofmedicalcareandnursingischol agechildrenwithasthma.Methods：Byusingtheconveniencesamplingmethod，6Ochldrenwithbronchialasthmaadmitedtothe pediatricsdepartmentofFirstHospitalofShanxiMedicalUniversityfromApriltoDecember2O23wereselectedastheresearchsubjects. Andtheywererandomlydividedintothecontrolgroupandtheobservationgroup，with3Ocases ineach.Thecontrolgroupadoptedthe conventionalnursingmode.Theobservationgroupwasintervenedwiththeintegratedmedicalandnursingtargetedmanagementplan. Theinterventionefectsofthetwogroupsofchildrenwerecomparedbeforetheinterventionandat3monthsand6monthsafterthe interventionbyusingtheChildoodAsthmaControlTest（C-ACT），theAsthmaChildrenSelf-ManagementScale，andthepulmonary ventilationfunctiontest.Results：At3monthsand6monthsaftertheintervention，thescoresofC-ACTandtheAsthma ChildreSelf ManagementScale，andtheindicatorsofpulmonaryventiationfunctionintheobservationgroupwereallbeterthantoseintheotrol group，and the differences were statistically significant ΔP<0.05 ）.Conclusions：The application of the integrated goal management model ofmedicalcareandnursinginschol-agechildrenwithasthmacouldefectivelycontrolasthmasymptoms，enhancethedisease management ability of the children，improve lung function.
