AbstractObjective：Toevaluatethestatusquoof medical staffsconceptofdigitalandintellgenttransformationindiabetes managementunderthebackgroundofhierarchicalmedical treatment，andtoanalyzeitsinfluencingfactors.Methods：FromOctoberto November2O24，atotalofO49medicalstaffrom1lprefecture-levelcities inSanxi provincewereselectedforaquestioiresurvey. Results：Among the 1 049 medical staff， 965（92.0%） people expressed understanding of the hierarchical medical treatment system， 81.7% （204号 （857 people） had participated in the hierarchical medical treatment system， 337（32.1%） people had participated in related digital and intelligent transformation projects for diabetes management，and 541（51.6%） people were familiarwith and used digital tools.The influencingfctosofaltaftieowadsiialostoagabeesuducaalveluptiosl field，levelofmedicalinstitutions，understandingofteerarchicalmedicaltreatmentsystem，wetherteyaveparticipatedin hierarchicalicaltreantvallexpfarticipaiginacalicaltreanttofethcal medicaltreatmentsystemindabetesmanagement，participationinigitalandintelignttransforationprojectsrelatedtodiabetes management，andwhether teyunderstandordigitalmanagementtoolshavebeenusedtoasistindiabetesmanagement.Conclusions： Weshouldfurtherleveragethekeyroleofmedicalstaffinthedigitalandintelligenttransformationofdabtesmanagement.Itwas necesarytodepntheerarchicalmedicalsystem，romotethedgialanditellgntmanagementofabetes，hancetetaiingf medicalstaffandpatienteducation，strengthentheconstructionofprimaryandscondarymedicalistitutiosandpromoterossdepartmental cooperation and resource sharing.
