移动医疗在口腔癌病人术后语音功能训练中的应用

AbstractObjective：Toxploretheapplicationofmobilehealthcare intespchfunctiotraingofpatientsafteroralcancerurgery， andtoevaluatetheectofthisodelinthspeechfunctiontrainingofpatientsafteroalancersurgerysostoprovideferecefor medicalstaftoremotelymanagepatientswithspeechfunctiondisordersafteroralcancersurgeryusingconvenientandfectivemobile healthcare.Methods：Atotalof83patientswithseechdysfunctionafteroralcancersurgeryattheAfliatedStomatologicalHospitalof ZunyiMedicalUniversityfromJune2O22toSeptemberO23wereselectedastheresearchsubjects，andrandomlydividedinto observationgroupof42casesandcontrol groupof4lcases.Thepatientsofcontrolgroupwere givenroutinevoicetrainingand telephone folow-upafterdischarge.Thepatientsofobservationgroup weregivenmobilemedicalremote supervisionand guidanceonthebasisof routinecare.Followupasconductedonte14thday，monthand3monthafterteoperation.hespeechintellgibilittstand theMuyan evaluation system wereusedtorecordthe spech inteligiblityandconsonantarticulation.Results：One monthand three monthafterthoperationthespeechcaritysoresandconsonantacuracyrateofteobservationgroupwerebothhighrthanthosof the control group .Conclusions：Speech function training for patients after oral cancer surgery could restore their speech function. Mobilemedicalremotesupervisionandmanagementhadagood efectontherecoveryofspeech functionforpatientsafteroralcancer surgery.
